Refund & Cancellation Policy – Piner Digital

At Piner Digital, we are dedicated to delivering premium digital solutions and services to our clients. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Refunds During Project Development

  • If at any point during development you feel unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund.
  • Refund requests are considered within 30 days from the date of the first payment installment.
  • Refunds are issued after deducting service taxes and charges for hours already invested in the project.

Refunds are NOT available if:

  1. You have already approved the design mock-up.
  2. Exception: Refunds may apply if Piner Digital is unable to deliver the project as per agreed specifications.
  3. Project delays occur due to lack of communication from your side.

Refund Payment Method:

  • Paid via credit card → refunded to the same card.
  • Paid via debit card or net banking → refunded to the same account.

Comprehensive Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy

  • Once a payment or deposit is made for any service (including Web Design & Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, or Email Marketing), it is non-refundable.
  • This policy ensures fair use of time, resources, and internal efforts invested in your project.
  • If a client cancels, delays, or postpones a project/service, all payments made remain with Piner Digital.
  • Additional work beyond the paid amount may incur extra charges.
  • Completed projects, as defined in the scope of work, are non-refundable.

Example:

  • If 50% of a web design project is paid and over 85% of the work is completed, the client must pay the full agreed-upon proposal amount.

Web Hosting Policy

  • Annual hosting payments are non-refundable because payments are made upfront to third-party hosting providers and servers are configured to client requirements.
  • Monthly or quarterly hosting can be cancelled at least 30 days before renewal.
  • Once renewed, the client is responsible for payment of the renewed period.
  • Cancellation after the contract period starts does not qualify for a refund of the remaining hosting duration.

Note:This policy is designed to provide complete transparency, fair business practices, and quality service delivery, ensuring both client satisfaction and efficiency in project execution.
