Termination Notice

Large Projects

For large-scale projects, a three (2) month notice is required.

Small to Medium Projects

For small or medium projects, a one (1) month notice is required.

Ongoing Time & Materials Projects

For ongoing or time-and-materials projects, a one 10 days’ notice is required.

Legal Authority and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, regardless of any conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

All disputes under these Terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, India.

Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Gurgaon, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Appointment of Arbitrator

A sole arbitrator will be mutually appointed by both parties. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the competent court in Gurgaon will appoint the arbitrator.

Arbitration Language

All arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.

Binding Award

The arbitration decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any competent court.

Interim Relief

Nothing prevents either party from seeking temporary or interim relief from a court before or during arbitration.

These Terms represent the complete agreement between Piner Digital and the client regarding website use and services, replacing all prior discussions or agreements.

18.2 Time Limit for Claims

Any claim related to website use or services must be made within one (1) year from when the issue arises.
